RETURNS POLICY
In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have 7 working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel their purchase. In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us. Failure to do so may result in your returns not being accepted.
Sales returns
To return or exchange an item, please send it to APB, 40 Sandringham Road, London, E10 6HJ and include invoice, a note with your name, address and reason for return.
Buyer pays all return shipping costs.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
Unauthorized sales returns
Defect was caused by bad or unauthorized use, inadequate manipulation or usage. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on underwear or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.
All sales returns have to be conducted before the expiry of any guarantees.
APB abides by Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
